The Challenge.

A major bank aimed to enhance its focus on customer service by creating new positions dedicated to this area. However, this strategic shift significantly increased the overall workload, presenting a substantial operational challenge for the bank.

The Solution.

The bank adopted a low-code Rapid App Development (RAD) approach to address its increased needs efficiently. This allowed for the rapid creation of business applications tailored to enhancing customer service without the traditional complexities and delays associated with hand-coding.

The Results.

Within just a year and a half, the bank successfully developed and deployed 25 customer-centred applications using the low-code approach. These apps were not only developed faster and more cost-effectively than traditional methods would allow but also became crucial to the bank's daily operations, significantly improving their service delivery.
